The state budget for year 2019-20 presented by Minister of Finance and Planning Sudhir Mungantiwar in the State Assembly and Minister of State for Finance and Planning Deepak Kesarkar in Legislative Council. Mungantiwar said that this is the total expenditure for the first four months of the financial year 2019-20 and also he said that the Government has given priority to the creation of fearless, Hunger-free, and employment-oriented Maharashtra and this government has created more than 25 percent employment opportunities for the youth in four years. Government has planned to double the income of farmers by expanding irrigation facilities while giving priority to agriculture and supplementary business.
