The issue of carrying out survey and demarcation, preparation of the maps of the lands, houses,open spaces and giving record of rights of the same to concerned citizens residing within the 30 villages included in the Panvel Municipal Corporation came into existence on 1st October 2016 was under consideration of Corporation. Accordingly Panvel Municipal
Corporation submitted the proposal to the Director Land Records,M.S.Pune. Continuous follow up of the Corporation yielded the fruits as the Govt. Revenue and Forests issued a resolution on 1/1/2021 giving approval to carry out survey and demarcation of land Gaothan area,giving Sy.Nos to it and map of the land enabling ownership rights to the concerned person.
