Instead of understanding the demand of the PAPs of naming the Navi Mumbai international airport as D.B.Patil international air port only, the State Govt has adopted the policy of suppressing this demand. To protest against this repression, on the occasion of Kranti Deen, a torch rally was organized at Jasai. On this background, in rural areas of the taluka, at various places, torch rallies are being organised in the evening today.
