I have requested the Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis to build a building for the District and Sessions Court at Panvel. The High Court has approved the establishment of the District and Sessions Court in Panvel for the purpose of saving the time of public. The new judicial building will have an additional two-storey facility, and if two floors are raised, civil and criminal courts will be brought under one roof and the public and advocate classes will be provided. It has also been mentioned in this statement that the proposal for expansion of the new court of Panvel should be prepared immediately and action should be taken to make administrative and technical clearances available to the Public Works Department.
