 Jay Bharatiya General Kamgar Sangh is constantly fighting for the welfare of the workers. Often there is a conflict between the company management and the workers, resulting in non-coordination between the two, which is why management ignores the workers. However, Jitendra Gharat, President of the Jay Bharatiya General Kamgar Sangh, and his team have been paying close attention to this. They are constantly working with the sole objective of making progress of the workers and the Company. Today, an agreement, through Jay Bharatiya General Kamgar Sanghatana took place to raise the salaries of contract workers working in Dow Chemicals International P.Ltd located in Taloja Industrial area.
As per the four year agreement, it was agreed an increase of Rs.4000 for 1st year,2nd and 3rd year Rs.3000, Rs 4000 for the 4th year totalling to Rs 12000 increase in pay with outstanding dues as well as Mediclaim policy worth Rs.3 lakhs, bonus and other beneficiaries. An atmosphere of joy has been spread amongst the workers.
