The government approved the demand that the security guards of Raigad district should get the same salary and other facilities as the security guards in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, for the purpose of getting equal pay. Accordingly, the security guards in Raigad district received salary increases. In this regard, a vote of thanks was given on behalf of the Jai Bharat General Workers Association and the Vande Mataram General Workers Association. I thank them and wish them the best of luck.
