[:en]Guardian Minister Shri Ravindra Chavan inaugurated 'Raigad Krishi Mahotsav 2018' and sell of household articles produced by Mahila Bachat Gat' exhibition at Ground near Khandeshwar  Railway  Station  jointly organised by April.Deptt.,DRDA.Sh R.C. emphasized the need of strengthening the hands of farmers [:hi]कृषी विभाग, कृषी तंत्रज्ञान व्यवस्थापन यंत्रणा आणि जिल्हा ग्रामीण विकास यंत्रणा, रायगड जिल्हा परिषद यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने खांदेश्वर रेल्वे स्थानकाजवळील मैदानावर आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या 'रायगड कृषी महोत्सव २०१८' व महिला बचत गट उत्पादने विक्री प्रदर्शनाचे उदघाटन ना.चव्हाण यांच्या हस्ते झाले. पाच दिवस चालणाऱ्या या महोत्सवासात भव्य धान्य महोत्सव व भाजीपाला, फळे विक्री दालने, सेंद्रिय शेतकरी गटांची शेतमाल विक्री, कृषी प्रदर्शन, शेतकऱ्यांसाठी उत्पादक ग्राहक परिसंवाद, महिला बचत गट उत्पादने प्रदर्शन व विक्री, कृषी व कृषी संलग्न विभागांच्या शासकीय या योजनांचा तंत्रज्ञान प्रसार, मत्स्यपालन माहिती दालन त्याचबरोबरीने पीकस्पर्धा, आत्मांतर्गत गट पारितोषिक विजेता सन्मान समारंभ, प्रगतिशील शेतकरी प्रतिक्रिया आदी कार्यक्रम होणार आहेत. "शेती व इतर क्षेत्राचा विकास करून त्या विकासाच्या माध्यमातून आपला रायगड जिल्हा स्वयंपूर्ण करायचा असून, त्यासाठी अधिकाऱ्यांनी मिशन मोडवर काम करावे" असे आवाहन ही रायगडचे बंदरे, वैद्यकीय शिक्षण, अन्न व नागरी पुरवठा व ग्राहक संरक्षण मंत्री आणि रायगडचे पालकमंत्री रविंद्र चव्हाण यांनी खांदेश्वर येथे केले.[:] 1
