Fishermans in the Raigad District have been living on the coastal area since their forefathers and have been using the coastal land for repairing fishing nets, drying fish for their livelihood . But though the land was used by these fishermen it was not in their name and as such Custom Deptt has issued notices to evacuate the land which is unjustified. Hence to give justice to these fisherman and to hear the fisherman’s and to ascertain the factual position of land MLA and Raigad Dist BJP President Shri Prashant Thakur requested Hon.Min Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil Accordingly, a review meeting was convened on Wednesday the 5th July 2017 in Mantralaya in which it was decided to carry out survey of the lands possessed by fishermans within three months.

[:hi]रायगड जिल्हयातील समुद्र किनारी राहणारे मच्छीमार बांधव आपल्या उपजिवीकेसाठी समुद्र किनारयालगत असणारया जमिनींवर मच्छी सुकवुन पिढ्यांन-पिढ्या येथे वास्तव्य करत आहेत. सदर जमिनी मच्छीमारांच्या नावावर नसल्यामुळे जमिनी मोकळ्या करण्याची कार्यवाही कस्टम विभागाने सुरू केली होती. मात्र पिढयांन-पिढया वास्तव्य करत असलेल्या मच्छीमार बांधवांना जमिनी खाली करायला लावणे हे अन्यायकारक आहे. म्हणून मच्छीमारांना न्याय मिळण्याच्या दॄष्टीने त्यांना त्यांची बाजु मांडण्यासाठी व जमिनींची सध्यस्थिती जाणुन घेण्यासाठी तातडीनेे आढावा बैठकीचे आयोजन करण्यात यावे अशी मागणी भाजपचे जिल्हाध्यक्ष आमदार प्रशांत ठाकूर यांनी ना. चंद्रकांतदादा पाटील यांच्याकडे केली होती. त्यानुसार राज्याचे महसूलमंत्री ना. चंद्रकांतदादा पाटील यांच्या मंत्रालयातील दालनात बुधवारी संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांच्या उपस्थितीत आढावा बैठकीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.मच्छीमार बांधवांच्या वहिवाटीतील जमीनींच्या सध्यस्थीतीबाबत ३ महिन्यात सर्व्हेक्षण करावे असे आदेश राज्याचे महसूल,मदत कार्य व पुनवर्सन, सार्वजनिक बांधकाम मंत्री ना चंद्रकांतदादा पाटील यांनी बुधवारी (दिनांक ५ जुलै) संबंधित अधिकाऱ्यांना दिले आहेत. या निर्णयामुळे रायगड जिल्ह्यातील मच्छीमारांना मोठा दिलासा मिळाला आहे.[:] 1](https://www.prashantthakur.in/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/19732337_278481329293248_7017130300694337775_n.jpg)
